What is GRANUFINK femina and when is it used?
GRANUFINK femina has traditionally been used to relieve lower urinary tract symptoms in women resulting from an overactive bladder or bladder weakness occur (e.g. involuntary passing of small amounts of urine, urinary urgency or frequent urination). The use of this medicinal product in the stated area of ??application is based exclusively on traditional use.
What needs to be taken into account?
You should contact your doctor if any of the following happen while you are using this medicine:
- You see blood in your urine;You get a fever;You have pain when urinating;You experience urinary retention.

When should GRANUFINK femina not be taken or only with caution?
GRANUFINK femina contains glucose. Please only take GRANUFINK femina after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from a sugar intolerance. GRANUFINK femina contains soybean oil. It must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to peanut or soy. GRANUFINK femina must not be taken if you are allergic to its active ingredients or other pumpkin-like plants (e.g. watermelon, zucchini, etc.), or to any of the substances listed in the section "What does GRANUFINK femina contain?" listed other ingredients of this medicine. If symptoms worsen or if symptoms such as fever, cramps or blood in the urine, painful urination or urinary retention occur while using this medicine, the patient should consult a doctor. Granufink femina is not recommended for children and adolescents under the age of 18, as problems with the lower urinary tract in this age group require a medical examination. GRANUFINK femina is not intended for men. GRANUFINK femina may only be used in these patient groups if prescribed by a doctor. No interactions are known to date. Tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you

Can GRANUFINK femina be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice before taking this medicine. The use of GRANUFINK femina is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
How do you use GRANUFINK femina?
People under the age of 18 and men are not recommended to take GRANUFINK femina.
Women:
Take 1 hard capsule 3 times a day with sufficient liquid, preferably before meals. In general, the application is not limited in time, but should be checked at regular intervals. Please observe all warnings and precautionary measures in the sections "What should you be aware of?", "When should GRANUFINK femina not be taken or should only be taken with caution". If you accidentally take more than the recommended dose of GRANUFINK femina, the side effects mentioned in the section «What side effects can GRANUFINK femina have?» listed side effects occur more frequently. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Take the next dose at the usual time as described in this leaflet. Follow the doses given in the package insert or as prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
What side effects can GRANUFINK femina have?
The following side effects can occur when taking GRANUFINK femina.
Frequency not known:
- Stomach and intestine problems such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea;Allergic reactions with skin rashes, itching and swelling.
If you have gastrointestinal problems, please tell your doctor so that he/she can determine the severity of the symptoms and decide on any treatment that may be necessary . If allergic reaction occurs with possible collapse, stop taking this medicine and seek medical advice immediately. If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. This also applies in particular to side effects that are not listed in this leaflet.
What else needs to be considered?
The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked «EXP» on the container.

What does GRANUFINK femina contain?
GRANUFINK femina are red-brown hard gelatine capsules in a PVC-Aluminium blister pack. 1 hard capsule contains:
Active ingredients
227.3 mg pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo L. convar. citrullina I. Greb. var . styriaca I. Greb., oleum), 56 mg dry extract of spice sumac bark (Rhus aromatica Aiton, cortex), DEV 5-7:1, extracting agent: water, 18 mg Dry extract of hop cones (Humulus lupulus L., flos), DEV 5.5-6.5:1, extraction agent: water.

All-rac-alpha-tocopherol acetate, lecithin (E322), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, yellow wax (E901), gelatin, glycerol 85% (E422), spray-dried glucose syrup, maltodextrin, titanium dioxide (E171), red and yellow iron oxide (E172)
