What is Zeel comp., tablets and when is it used?
According to the homeopathic drug picture, Zeel comp., tablets for arthrosis-related joint problems, such as stiffness in the joints, which worsen when exposed to cold and moisture.

When should Zeel comp. tablets not be taken or only with caution?
Do not use in children under 6 years of age with a known allergy (hypersensitivity) to arnica and others daisy family, against poison ivy, or another ingredient in the drug. Joint diseases in children must be clarified by a doctor. Therefore, Zeel comp., tablets should not be used in children from 6 to 12 years of age without a doctor's prescription. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you
- suffer from other diseases,
- have allergies or
- take other medicines (including those you bought yourself) or use them externally.
This medicine contains lactose. Therefore, please only take this medicine after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from a sugar intolerance. Joint diseases in children must be clarified by a doctor. Therefore, Zeel comp., tablets should not be used in children from 6 to 12 years of age without a doctor's prescription.
Can Zeel comp. tablets be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child when used as directed. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. How do you use Zeel comp., tablets?
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Standard dosage:
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 and children from the age of 6 as prescribed by a doctor: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day
Acute dosage:
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 and children from the age of 6 as prescribed by a doctor: 1 tablet every half to full hour, up to 8-12 times a day , then continue with standard dosage.
Method of administration:
Preferably let the tablet dissolve in the mouth and then swallow. For children, the tablets can be crushed and dissolved in some water. This medicinal product should be taken at a timed interval from food intake. Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
What side effects can Zeel comp., tablets have?
In very rare cases (less than 1 in 10,000 people treated) allergic or hypersensitivity reactions of the Skin or gastrointestinal problems occur. If you notice any side effects that are not described here, tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. When taking homeopathic medicines, the symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). If the deterioration persists, discontinue Zeel comp. tablets and tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
