What is Similasan Acne Spray and when is it used?

According to the homeopathic drug picture, SIMILASAN Acne Spray can be used for:

-Light acne that occurs in oily, impure skin with blackheads and pimples.-To support the medical treatment of acne vulgaris.

What should be considered?

If your doctor has prescribed other medicines, ask your doctoror pharmacist whether SIMILASAN acne spray may be used at the same time.

When may SIMILASAN acne spray should not be used or only with caution?

-The spray contains 20-24% vol. alcohol.

-Avoid eye contact. Do not spray in the eyes or on mucous membranes.-For children under the age of 10, consult a doctor or pharmacist.-In the event of prolonged or unclear symptoms a doctor must be consulted. Severe cases of acne should be treated by a doctor.-Inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you- suffer from other diseases- have allergies or- take other medicines (including those you bought yourself!) or use them externally.

SIMILASAN acne spray can be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding ?

Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child when used as intended. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.

How do you use Similasan acne spray?

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor:For children and adolescents from the age of 10:-Standard dosage: Apply to the affected areas directly in the morning and evening after cleansing the skin Spray 1-2 sprays of SIMILASAN acne spray (close your eyes) or moisten a cotton pad with 2-3 sprays and dab the affected areas.-Acute dosage: In the case of acute symptoms, the affected areas can also be sprayed 3-6 times a day treated.-Do not wash off acne spray that has been applied.SIMILASAN acne spray is only intended for external use. Avoid eye contact. Do not spray in the eyes or on mucous membranes.

The duration of the effect of a drug administration can vary from person to person. In principle, the application of the preparation is repeated when the effect wears off or when the symptoms return.
