What is Berocca and when is it used?

Berocca contains all water-soluble vitamins, i.e. the eight vitamins from the B group and vitamin C plus calcium, magnesium and zinc. These active ingredients play a key role in the structure and function of nerve cells (vitamins from the B group), support the body in fighting infections (vitamin C, zinc), are important building blocks for bones and teeth (calcium), ensure the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles, regulate muscle activity and are essential for providing muscle energy (magnesium and calcium). With increased physical or nervous stress, the body's metabolism is increased. This increases the need for certain vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins from the B group, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc.An increased need for these active ingredients can occur with:

  • heavy physical exertion;nervous stress;unbalanced diet;infectious diseases that are treated with certain antibiotics;

Berocca covers the increased need for these active ingredients and is used for prevention or treating a deficiency in these vitamins and minerals.
