What is Berocca and when is it used?

Berocca contains all water-soluble vitamins, i.e. the eight vitamins from the B group and vitamin C plus calcium, magnesium and zinc. These active ingredients play a key role in the structure and function of nerve cells (vitamins from the B group), support the body in fighting infections (vitamin C, zinc), are important building blocks for bones and teeth (calcium), ensure the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles, regulate muscle activity and are essential for providing muscle energy (magnesium and calcium). With increased physical or nervous stress, the body's metabolism is increased. What should you be aware of?

The B group vitamins and vitamin C are water soluble and are not stored in the body. Excess amounts are quickly excreted in the urine. The same happens with too much calcium, magnesium and zinc.

Note for diabetics:

Therefore, the drug should not be administered during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless it is clearly necessary.

How do you use Berocca?Adults and adolescents from the age of 12:

One effervescent tablet or film-coated tablet per day. Berocca is not intended for use in children under the age of 12.
