Cabazitaxel-Teva Konzentrat zur Herstellung einer Infusionslösung
Indikation
Metastasierendes kastrationsrefraktäres Prostatakarzinom in Kombination mit Prednison oder Prednisolon bei früherer Docetaxel-Behandlung.Dosierung
I.v. Inf. (mit In-Line-Filter 0,2 µm) über 1 h nach Verdünnung in Glucose 5% oder NaCl 0,9% (Endkonzentration: 0,1?0,26 mg/ml); Prämedikation «FI».>18 J.: 25 mg/m2 alle 3 Wo. mit 10 mg tgl. Prednison oder Prednisolon in 1?2 Gaben.
Kontraindikation
Neutrophile 3, schwere Leberinsuffizienz. Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis 6 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
