Indikation
HIV-1-Infektion in Kombination mit Rilpivirin Inj. bei Erwachsenen, die seit min. 6 Mon. virologisch supprimiert sind (HIV-1-RNADosierung
I.m. Inj. (M. gluteus) zusammen mit einer Rilpivirin-Inj. (gegenüberliegender M. gluteus oder im Abstand von min. 2 cm), Beginn: direkt oder nach oraler Einleitungstherapie «FI».Monatliche Inj.: >18 J.: 1. Inj. zu 600 mg am letzten Tag der aktuellen oder oralen Einleitungstherapie, dann 1×/Mon. (+/- 7 Tage) 400 mg.
Inj. alle 2 Mon.: >18 J.: 1. Inj. zu 600 mg am letzten Tag der aktuellen oder oralen Einleitungstherapie, dann nach 1 Mon. (+/- 7 Tage) 600 mg, dann alle 2 Mon. (+/- 7 Tage) 600 mg.
Umstellung von monatlicher Inj. auf Inj. alle 2 Mon. und umgekehrt: >18 J.: «FI».
Kontraindikation
Gleichzeitig mit starken Induktoren von UGT1A1 wie Rifampicin, Rifapentin, Phenytoin, Phenobarbital, Carbamazepin, Oxcarbazepin. Fortpflanzung bei der Frau und Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
