Padcev
Indikation
Lokal fortgeschrittenes oder metastasiertes Urothelkarzinom nach platinhaltiger Chemotherapie im neoadjuvanten/adjuvanten, lokal fortgeschrittenen oder metastasierten Setting und bei Progression oder Rezidiv während oder nach der Therapie mit einem PD-1-Inhibitor oder einem PD-L1-Inhibitor.Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 30 Min. nach Rekonstitution mit 2,3 ml (Durchstechflasche 20 mg) oder 3,3 ml (Durchstechflasche 30 mg) Wasser for Inj. (Konzentration 10 mg/ml) und Verdünnung in Glucose 5%, NaCl 0,9% oder Ringer-Laktat (Endkonzentration: 0,3?4 mg/ml).>18 J.: 1,25 mg/kg (?100 kg: max. 125 mg) an den Tagen 1, 8 und 15 eines 28-tägigen Zyklus.
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung beim Mann (bis min. 4 Mon. nach Therapie), Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis min. 6 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit (bis 3 Wo. nach Therapie).
