Description - LORAZEPAM Xilmac Inj Solu 4 mg/ml
Lorazepam Xilmac Injektionslösung
Indikation
Perioperative Sedation, akute Angstzustände, akute Erregungszustände, Prophylaxe des Delirium tremens.Dosierung
I.v. Inj. nach Verdünnung 1:1 mit NaCl 0,9%, Glucose 5% oder Wasser for Inj., max. 2 mg/Min.Psychiatrie
>18 J.: initial 0,05 mg/kg oder 2?4 mg (>50 J.: meistens max. 2 mg), dann oral.
Perioperativ
18?50 J.: 0,044(?0,05) mg/kg oder 2(?max. 4 mg) 15?20 Min. vor dem Eingriff.
>50 J.: 0,044(?0,05) mg/kg oder max. 2 mg 15?20 Min. vor dem Eingriff.
Kontraindikation
Myasthenia gravis, schwere Ateminsuffizienz, Schlafapnoe, schwere Leberinsuffizienz, schwere Niereninsuffizienz, Schock, Kollaps, Koma, akute Alkohol-, Psychopharmaka-, Schlafmittel- oder Schmerzmittelintoxikation, Abhängigkeit. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
