Risperidon-Mepha LA

Indikation

Erhaltungstherapie der Schizophrenie.

Dosierung

Gluteal oder deltoid (links/rechts alternierend).
>18 J.: initial 25 mg alle 2 Wo.; evtl. nach frühestens 4 Wo. erhöhen; Erhalt: 25(?50) mg; während den ersten 3?4 Wo. mit einem anderen Antipsychotikum oder Risperidon in oraler Form ergänzen.

Kontraindikation

Demenz mit Parkinsonsymptomen, Lewykörper-Demenz. Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
