Indikation
Eisenmangel.Dosierung
I.v. Inj. (max. 1 ml/Min.) oder i.v. Inf. nach Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% «FI», Infusionsdauer «FI».>18 J.: benötigte Gesamtdosis: individuell «FI»; i.v. Inj.: bis 3×/Wo. max. 200 mg; i.v. Inf.: max. 1×/Wo. max. 7 mg/kg (?70 kg) bzw. max. 500 mg (>70 kg).
3?18 J.: benötigte Gesamtdosis: individuell «FI», übliche Dosierung: max. 3×/Wo. 3 mg/kg.
Kontraindikation
Anämie ohne Eisenmangel, Eisenüberladung, Eisenverwertungsstörungen. Schwangerschaft (1. Trimenon; 2. und 3. Trimenon «FI»).
