Palonosetron Labatec
Indikation
Prophylaxe von Übelkeit und Erbrechen bei mässig bis stark emetogener Chemotherapie.Dosierung
>18 J.: 0,25 mg als i.v. Bolus über 30 Sek. ca. 30 Min. vor jeder Chemotherapie.1 Mon.?18 J.: 20 µg/kg (max. 1500 µg) als i.v. Inf. über 15 Min. ca. 30 Min. vor jeder Chemotherapie.
Kontraindikation
Stillzeit.
