Noradrenaline Sintetica
Indikation
Adjuvans in der Notfalltherapie bei akuten hypotensiven Zuständen.Dosierung
I.v. Inf. mittels Spritzenpumpe; 4 ml in 1 L Glucose 5%, NaCl 0,9% oder NaCl-Glucose-Lös. verdünnen.Erw.: initial 8?12 µg/Min., alternativ: 0,5?1 µg/Min. mit Titration nach oben bis zur Wirkung, Erhalt: 2?4(?30) µg/Min.
Kontraindikation
Monotherapie bei Hypovolämie, gleichzeitig mit Cyclopropan oder halogenierten Anästhetika, als Zusatz zur Lokalanästhesie in Endstromgebieten. Schwangerschaft «FI».
