Description - Solu-Moderin Dry Sub 125 mg with Solvens Act O Vial
Solu-Moderin
Indikation
Endokrinologische, rheumatische, dermatologische, ophthalmologische oder hämatologische Erkrankungen «FI», Kollagenosen «FI», Erkrankungen der Atmungsorgane «FI», Hyperkalzämie im Rahmen maligner Erkrankungen, Allergien (2. Wahl), Colitis ulcerosa, M. Crohn, Leukämie (palliativ), Lymphom beim Erw. (palliativ), nephrotisches Syndrom, Hirnödem «FI», akute Multiple Sklerose, akute Rückenmarksverletzung, tuberkulöse Meningitis mit bestehendem oder drohendem Subarachnoidalblock, Trichinose mit generalisierten allergischen Reaktionen, akute Abstossungsreaktion von Organtransplantaten, Prophylaxe von Übelkeit und Erbrechen durch Zytostatika.Dosierung
I.v. Inf. (Verdünnung in NaCl 0,9% oder Glucose 5%) oder i.v. Inj., Initialdosen ?250 mg über min. 5 Min., >250 mg über min. 30 Min.; i.m. Inj.Notfall: i.v.: 30 mg/kg alle 4?6 h während 48 h.
Exazerbationen oder Nichtansprechen auf Standardtherapie, z.B. bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen, systemischem Lupus erythematodes, ödematösen Zuständen wie Glomerulonephritis: i.v.: 250 mg tgl., evtl. mehr, während einiger Tage (in der Regel ?5 Tage).
Multiple Sklerose: i.v., morgens: 0,5?1 g tgl. während 3?5 Tagen.
Andere Indikationen: 10?500 mg, kurzfristig evtl. höher.
Pädiatrie: min. 0,5 mg/kg/24 h.
Kontraindikation
Systemische Pilzinfektionen, intrathekal, epidural, gleichzeitige Impfung mit Lebendimpfstoffen (bei immunsuppresiven Dosen). Schwangerschaft «FI», Stillzeit.
