When is Silacten used?
According to the homeopathic drug picture, Silacten helps to stimulate breastfeeding.
What should you bear in mind?
If your doctor has prescribed other medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether Silacten can be taken at the same time. The preparation contains 45% alcohol by volume.
When should Silacten not be used or only with caution?
Silacten should not be used if you are hypersensitive to quinine (China, Cinchona pubescens). Not for children and young people. Tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you
- suffer from other diseases,have allergies ortake or use external medicines (including those you bought yourself!)!
Can Silacten be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Based on previous experience, at No known risk for the child if used as directed. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.
How do you use Silacten?
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor: Adults take 15 drops 3-5 times a day between meals in a little liquid. Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. Not for children and adolescents.
What side effects can Silacten have?
The following side effects can occur when taking or using Silacten: In rare cases, allergies to one of the ingredients (Cinchona pubescens).
If you notice any side effects that are not described here, you should inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
When taking homeopath The symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation) with the use of medicinal products. If the deterioration persists, discontinue Silacten and inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
What else needs to be considered?
The medicine may only be used up to the date marked "EXP" on the container. Silacten should be stored tightly closed at room temperature (15?25 °C).

What does Silacten contain?
1 ml solution contains:
0.1 ml Calcium phosphoricum D11, 0.1 ml China (C inchona pubescens) 3X, 0.1 ml Galega offincinalis 2X, 0.1 ml Ricinus communis 2X, 0.1 ml Solidago virgaurea 3X, 0.1 ml Urtica 3X.
This preparation also contains excipients.
Contains 45% alcohol by volume.
