What is Luvos Heilerde 2 externally and when is it used?

Luvos® Heilerde 2 is loess. The preparation is used cold for inflammatory joint and muscle diseases, for blunt sports injuries such as sprains, strains, bruises and bruises. The preparation is used warm to support the treatment of bronchial catarrh, cough, sciatica and lumbago. The preparation is used as a clay bath to treat impure skin and to promote blood circulation. Partial or full baths with Luvos® Heilerde 2 promote blood circulation.

If used as intended, no special precautions need to be taken. Tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you -suffer from other diseases, ? have allergies or -Take other medicines (including those you bought yourself!) or use them externally!

Can Luvos Heilerde 2 be used externally during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child if used as intended. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.

How do you use Luvos Heilerde 2 externally?

Adults For poultices, wraps and baths, and face and body wraps: Wet healing earth application is recommended for all the areas described. To do this, mix a few tablespoons of Luvos® Healing Earth 2 with water (cool to lukewarm, depending on the area of ??application, see above) or camomile tea to form an ointment-like, thin paste, which you apply with a soft brush about ½ cm thick. The Luvos® Heilerde 2 pap should be applied as directly as possible to the skin, the diseased area and its surroundings. If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to put a thin layer of gauze in between. This damp smear is allowed to dry well and after about 20 minutes it can be rinsed off with lukewarm water. Apply poultices every 3-5 hours or 1-2 times a day. Partial or full bath: A full bath requires around 500g-1kg (1-2 packs) of Luvos® Healing Earth 2. The duration of the bath should not exceed 30 minutes and should only be used two to three times a week. Children The use and safety of Luvos® Heilerde 2 in children and adolescents has not yet been tested. Stick to the dosage given in the package leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What external side effects can Luvos Heilerde 2 have?

No side effects have been observed for Luvos® Heilerde 2 when used as intended. If you nevertheless observe side effects, inform your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.

What else needs to be considered?

Luvos® Heilerde 2 absorbs odors easily. The pack must therefore be kept dry and away from strong-smelling substances. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature (15-25°C). The medicinal product may only be used up to the date marked ?EXP? on the container. Your doctor, pharmacist or druggist can provide you with further information.
