What is Allergodil seasonal eye drops and when is it used?

Allergodil seasonal eye drops is a medicine for the symptomatic treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. At the same time, an allergic-related inflammation of the nasal mucosa can be present. Allergodil seasonal eye drops quickly (10 to 20 minutes after application) reduce the symptoms associated with hay fever, such as itching in the eyes, swelling of the conjunctiva and eyelids and tears.

An allergy is an overreaction of the body's defense system to foreign, actually harmless substances. It can be triggered, for example, by contact with pollen, house dust mites or animal hair.

Allergodil seasonal blocks the effects of histamine and other inflammatory substances that are increasingly released in the event of an allergy. It counteracts the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
