When is Euphorbium compositum S Heel used?
According to homeopathic medicinal products, Euphorbium compositum S Heel can be used in chronic dry nasal catarrh; dry nasal mucosa; in chronic sinusitis; to facilitate nasal breathing in nervous and allergic nasal discomfort (hay fever) and as an ancillary remedy for a stinky nose (ozaena). The use of this medicinal product in the specified area of ??application is based exclusively on the principles of homeopathic therapy.
What should be considered?
If your doctor has prescribed other medicines for you, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether euphorbium compositum S Heel may be used at the same time.
When should Euphorbium compositum S Heel not be used or only with caution?
This medicinal product contains 0.012 mg benzalkonium chloride per spray act, equivalent to 1 mg/10g. Benzalkonium chloride may cause irritation or swelling of the lining of the nose, especially with prolonged use. The drug must not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Euphorbium compositum S Heel should not be used in children under the age of 2 years. Tell your doctor, pharmacist or druggist if you ?suffer from other diseases, ? Have allergies or ?Take other medicines (including those you bought yourself!)!
Can Euphorbium compositum S Heel be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Based on previous experience, there is no known risk for the child if used as directed. However, systematic scientific investigations have never been carried out. As a precaution, you should avoid taking medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding or ask your doctor, pharmacist or druggist for advice.
How do you use Euphorbium compositum S Heel?
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, in adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age 3-5 times a day Spray 1-2 sprays in each nostril, in children aged 2-6 years 1 spray 3-4 times a day. Not for children under 2 years. Follow the dosage given in the package leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If the desired improvement does not occur during treatment of a child, a doctor should be consulted with him or her. If you think the medicine is too weak or too strong, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or druggist.
What side effects can Euphorbium compositum S Heel have?
Using Euphorbium compositum S Heel can, in very rare cases, cause irritation of the nasal mucosa with burning, increased nasal secretion ( and nosebleeds). In these cases, the drug should be discontinued. If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor, pharmacist or druggist. This also applies in particular to side effects that are not listed in this leaflet. When taking homeopathic medicines, the symptoms can temporarily worsen (initial aggravation).
