Description - Fluimucil Flu Day Night Effervescent Tablet 16 pcs
What is Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night and when is it used?
Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night is a combination preparation in the form of effervescent tablets. The effervescent tablets are available as Fluimucil Grippe Day (light blue sachets) for use during the day and as Fluimucil Grippe Night (dark blue sachets) for use during the night.Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night is used for the short-term treatment of colds and flu-like illnesses that are associated with the formation of thick mucus in the respiratory tract and that are accompanied by fever, body aches and nasal congestion.Fluimucil Grippe Day contains the antipyretic and pain reliever active ingredient paracetamol, as well as acetylcysteine, which liquefies and loosens the tough, stuck mucus in the airways and promotes expectoration. It also contains pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which has a decongestant effect on the nasal and bronchial mucosa, reduces excessive mucus production and thus makes breathing easier.Fluimucil Grippe Night also contains the antipyretic and pain reliever active ingredient paracetamol. It also contains chlorphenamine maleate, which has a slightly cough-soothing, sleep-inducing and, at the same time, anti-allergic effect.
What precautions should be taken?
Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night should be used for a maximum of 4 days without a doctor's prescription. Painkillers should not be taken regularly over a long period of time without medical supervision. Persistent pain requires medical clarification. The dosage indicated or prescribed by the doctor must not be exceeded. To avoid the risk of overdose, it should be ensured that other drugs administered do not contain paracetamol. An overdose can result in very severe liver damage. It's also important to keep in mind that long-term use of pain relievers, in turn, may help keep headaches from persisting. Long-term use of painkillers, especially when combining several pain relievers, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure. If you have the flu, a few days of bed rest will help you recover. The expectorant effect of Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night is supported by plenty of drinking.Smoking contributes to the excessive formation of bronchial mucus. By giving up smoking, you can support the effect of Fluimucil Grippe Day & Night.
